Start motion est une formation professionnalisante de 9 mois qui vise à :
- Renforcer la polyvalence des techniciens spécialisés de l'animation
- Cerner et expérimenter la totalité du processus de production d'un film en stop-motion
- Optimiser les savoirs-faire techniques et maîtriser leur articulation au sein d'une chaîne de production et d'un travail en équipe
- Comprendre la viabilité économique des projets
- Utiliser les innovations techniques et numériques pour soutenir et améliorer la productivité, tout en préservant l'originalité des formes produites
- Favoriser le travail au sein de productions internationales.
À l'issu de la formation, les professionnels ont acquis une compréhension détaillée de la totalité du processus de production d'un film en stop-motion. Ils sont immédiatement opérationnels, polyvalents, capables de répondre à un large éventail de postes dans le secteur de l'animation en stop-motion.

Start Motion is 9 month training course aiming at :
- Enhancing the range of skills of technicians specialized in animation
- Understanding and experiencing the whole production process of a stop motion animation film ;
- Refining technical skills and learning how to use them consistently during the production process and within a team
- Assessing project economic viability ;
- Using technical innovations and digital technologies to improve productivity while safeguarding originality ;
- Encouraging work within international production teams.
By the end of the course, professionals will have acquired in-depth knowledge of the entire process of stop-motion film production. They will be versatile professionals who are ready and able to work in a great variety of role in the stop-motion animation sector.
